Can I visit the nursery?Unfortunately our nursery does not open to the public. It is private.

Do you ship Worldwide?We ship worldwide. For EU country, every single each of our plants is carrying their own plant passport. Phytosanitary certificate is not necessary to ship to EU country. We ship to the United States and Canada. All shipments to the United States and Canada will be dispatched from our State’s hub using the State’s local post service. As such phytosanitary certificate is not necessary for the shipment to the United States and Canada. For UK and the rest of the country outside EU, we deliver upon completion of phytosanitary certificate if requested. Extra charge may apply. Please contact us if you need the said to be issued. You will need to ensure that you have any relevant import permits (applies to most countries outside of the EU) – please check with the appropriate authorities in your country. You may have to pay a customs charge for your plants to make it to you successfully.

How soon will I receive my plants?Our online orders will be dispatched within 10-12 working days. Once dispatched it will take within 3-4 working days to arrive within EU countries. Orders outside EU may take longer period to arrive. Orders may be delayed over public holidays as the length of time in transit will be longer.

What is your refund and return policy?Customers are usually delighted with our goods and service, but if a mistake occurs, please contact us through the website, and we will do all we can to make things right for you, politely and professionally. If you receive plants that arrive damaged, please contact us via the website, and we will endeavour to refund or replace items as quickly as possible. Any item that is damaged on arrival is eligible for replacement or a part or full refund. Any money owed will be refunded within 7 days of notification. Proof of damage item is needed either via photos or video. Items received after 5 days are not eligible for any return, refund or replacement .
